Many other companies sell solar street light with very cheap prices, so when the issues happened, due to the very narrow profits they get, then they disappeared or hesitate to solve the problem and do not replace the defective one, it is a kind of irresponsible action. 7, Flexible Payment and Terms
Flexible payment ways are vital for customers, especially for bulk quantities order, the order value is very large, then sometimes the customers without enough cash by hand momentarily, at that time we can discuss to find a good payment way according to both sides situation.
For new customers, we usually accept 30% deposit before producing, 70% payment before shipping or against the copy of the bill of lading. For the regular customers, we can accept L/C at sight or other payment methods, we can do a further talk, we will do our best to support our customers in payment way.

GES offers 5 years warranty for the solar street lights, the free parts like Battery, controller, LED, Solar panel, frames and all of the other parts will be sent to the buyers to replace the defective components within the warranty period. And GES will bear the shipping costs. It’s worth mentioning that after the issues happened, GES will give the quick response within 12 hours, and offer right documents and videos for checking the issue and repairing method, it is generally can be solved, otherwise, we will send our technician to customer’s countries to settle the issue.
9, Timely after-sales services
Timely and positive after-sales services are also crucial for the buyers, the good after-sales services can help our customers make a good impressions on their customers, let their customers trust them very much.
GES salespeople do not only sell the solar street light to customers, also very good after-sales services are offered. The buyer just need to directly contacts sales personnel to deal with the issues for the previous finished orders.
GES salesman stay in touch with the customers even after the deal, never ignore their calls, emails, messages etc. Give them necessary support about installing the solar street light, download the APP, and send the user manual.
Any product found broken or in a damaged condition must be exchanged immediately by GES sales people to reduce the loss of clients.
